Woodlawn Elementary fourth grade Math and Social Studies teacher Candice Hartley is a 2012 district teacher of the year. Candice is chairman of the Woodlawn Elementary School Capital Area Reading Council, an LSU student teacher mentor, and former U.S. Marine.
